Roy Burns Boots

Not very much is known about the boots, but I will try to help as best as I can.

The Boots

So the boots are a very tough one. If you look at this scene you can see that the boots seem to have ankle padding.

Then if you watch the barn scene where Roy is about to fall to his death, you can clearly see that it goes higher and it has no padding. We have reasons to believe either one is a stunt boot or that John Hock and Tom Morga used different boots for their scenes.

If you look at the evidence presented within the screenshots you can see that it matches up pretty well to that of the movie boots.

The Colors

The colors are strange as well, at first the boots seem to look black but in other scenes seems to be a dark brown color. Dark Brown tends to give a black colored look similar to the movie screenshots, when in the dark. But with the use of Photoshop, we can clearly see they are black.

Further evidence demonstrates that Tom Morga, himself actually wears similar dark brown boots to cons. Which further cements the confusion towards the boot colors. Sadly we have no way of contacting mister Morga to verify what the boot brands are.

So by doing the research and demonstrating with these that the closest to the movie-accurate boots would be The Men's VTG Red Wing 4473 Combat Military Tall Black Leather Boots Made In USA.
